Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry, rolled out
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pack of grated cheese (200g)
- 250 g ham, cooked
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick and easy
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Dice the onion and ham, mix with the sour cream and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the rolled-out puff pastry and roll it into a sausage shape. Finally, cut into strips with a sharp knife and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
