Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of flatbread or baguette
  • 200 g ham
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), from the jar or frozen
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g cream
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder or pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the ham, salami, bell peppers, and mushrooms into small pieces. Mix in the cheese and cream, and season with pepper, paprika, or pizza seasoning. Spread the mixture on flatbread or baguette and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 175-200°C, until the cheese has melted. The mixture is also suitable for freezing.
