Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onions, dice them roughly, and fry them briefly in a little oil until they are still crunchy but no longer raw. Cut the ham, pineapple, salami, mushrooms, and bell peppers into small cubes (you can also make this the day before and store it in the refrigerator). Grate the cheese very finely. For the tuna rolls: Drain the tuna and shred it. Mix it with the onions, one-third of the cheese, and one-third of the cream. Add a few diced bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and plenty of oregano. For the pineapple rolls: Mix the ham with the pineapple, one-third of the cheese, and one-third of the cream. Add a few diced bell peppers as well. Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, a little hot curry, and plenty of turmeric. For the salami rolls: Mix the salami with the mushrooms, the rest of the bell peppers, the remaining third of the cheese, and the last third of the cream. Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, tomato paste, and basil. Cut the rolls in half and top with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C for about 8-10 minutes. I use the pre-baked rolls from Aldi, which are a bit smaller, so you should allow at least two rolls per person. I usually follow the baking time and temperature instructions provided by the roll manufacturer.
