Pizza rolls with ham and leek

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large rolls (baguette rolls)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the baguette rolls in half to make 8 rolls. Spread each roll with a little sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Slice the leek into rings and blanch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then drain and divide between the rolls. Cut the ham into small cubes and place on top of the leek. Finally, sprinkle the cheese evenly between the rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at about 200°C for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted nicely and is lightly browned.
