Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) or 3 rolls
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • some cream
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 3 slices of salami
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp mushrooms from the can (slices)
  • possibly herb butter
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Topped with creamy, savory spread

Cut the baguette into pieces, cut them crosswise, or cut the rolls in half crosswise. Spread with herb butter, if desired (you can also omit it). Finely dice the tomato, salami, and ham and mix with the mushrooms, sour cream, and crème fraîche. Season to taste. Add a little cream; the mixture should be creamy but not too runny. Spread on the rolls. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
