Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the yeast to the well and sprinkle a pinch of sugar over it. Spread the cream cheese and salt around the edge of the bowl. Now add the water in and around the well. Knead into a smooth dough, cover, and let it rest for about 1 hour. Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the zucchini finely. Roll out the dough into a 20×30 cm rectangle. Spread the tomato paste over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border. Spread the onion, zucchini, and diced ham evenly over the dough. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over the dough. Roll up from the long side and cut into about 12 pieces. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C for about 20 minutes.
