Ingredients
- 200 g Wafer-Thin salami with a pepper rim
- 1 packet Puff pastry
- 100 g Grated mozzarella
- 5 tbsp Sieved tomatoes
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut lengthways into strips about 6 cm wide. Halve this again.
- For the tomato sauce, season the tomatoes with the marjoram, salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully roll out the puff pastry strips again with a rolling pin so that they become thinner and a little longer.
- Now apply the tomato sauce thinly to the strips and cover halfway as shown in the picture.
- The other half is now folded up from the bottom.
- And now, with a little dexterity, roll up the strips lengthways until you have a finished rose.
- Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- After baking, put it on a kitchen paper for a few minutes so that excess fat can drain off, and then you can already nibble on the small, special finger food pizzas.
