Ingredients

  • 200 g Wafer-Thin salami with a pepper rim
  • 1 packet Puff pastry
  • 100 g Grated mozzarella
  • 5 tbsp Sieved tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut lengthways into strips about 6 cm wide. Halve this again.
  • For the tomato sauce, season the tomatoes with the marjoram, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully roll out the puff pastry strips again with a rolling pin so that they become thinner and a little longer.
  • Now apply the tomato sauce thinly to the strips and cover halfway as shown in the picture.
  • The other half is now folded up from the bottom.
  • And now, with a little dexterity, roll up the strips lengthways until you have a finished rose.
  • Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  • After baking, put it on a kitchen paper for a few minutes so that excess fat can drain off, and then you can already nibble on the small, special finger food pizzas.
