Vegetarian Vegetable Sushi

The perfect vegetarian vegetable sushi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Carrots
  • 200 g Grained cream cheese
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  1. These little delicacies are not only reminiscent of the Japanese rolls because of their appearance, but in combination with a little soy sauce they are a real taste sensation.
  2. For the small rolls, wash and clean the carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, chives and spring onions and cut into sticks about 5 cm long.
  3. Wash the zucchini and cut into strips with the peeler.
  4. Place a strip on a board and place a teaspoon of cream cheese on one end and place the vegetables on top.
  5. Now carefully roll up the length and serve with a little soy sauce.
