Vegetarian Vegetable Sushi
The perfect vegetarian vegetable sushi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Carrots
- 200 g Grained cream cheese
- 3 Spring onions
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 1 bunch Chives
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- These little delicacies are not only reminiscent of the Japanese rolls because of their appearance, but in combination with a little soy sauce they are a real taste sensation.
- For the small rolls, wash and clean the carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, chives and spring onions and cut into sticks about 5 cm long.
- Wash the zucchini and cut into strips with the peeler.
- Place a strip on a board and place a teaspoon of cream cheese on one end and place the vegetables on top.
- Now carefully roll up the length and serve with a little soy sauce.
