Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some spice mix, for pizza
  • 100 g salami, diced
  • 100 g cooked ham, diced
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Knead all ingredients together thoroughly by hand. Caution: It will be very sticky, but this is normal. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and, using two tablespoons, drop small mounds of dough onto the sheet. Moisten your hands frequently and use them to flatten the pieces slightly and shape them. Preheat the oven to 250°C, then reduce the temperature to approximately 200°C. Bake the pizza slices for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. The number of slices varies depending on the size of the dough portions.
