Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g tomatoes, dried
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, gouda or similar), grated
  • oregano
  • 1 pkt. pizza dough (refrigerated counter)
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Lay out the pizza dough. Pour boiling water over the sun-dried tomatoes and let them stand for about 10 minutes. Then squeeze the water out, chop them up a bit, and blend them with the tomato paste. Spread on the finished pizza dough. Finely dice the ham and place it on the pizza dough along with the cheese and oregano. Roll the dough into a spiral shape and then cut into slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 25 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. Delicious hot or cold.
