Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • n. B. Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin on until half cooked. Drain and let cool in cold water. Peel the potatoes and coarsely grate them. Mix with the eggs and flour. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Fry spoonfuls in a pan with hot oil.
