Pizza Special
The perfect pizza special recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 500 g Wheat flour type 550
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
For covering:
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Salami
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 Glass Mild pepperoni
- 1 small can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 pack Mozzarella
- Salt pepper
- A few tAblespoons of pizzA seAsoning
- 1 small glass Black olives, without stone
- 150 g Grated cheese of your choice
- For the pizza dough, mix the flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil and mix well with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Then knead into a smooth dough with your hands and let rise for about 30-40 minutes. The dough should have visibly enlarged.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a greased drip pan sprinkled with semolina.
- Spread the pizza tomatoes on the rolled out dough. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning. Cover with ham, salami, onion, olives and chili peppers and sprinkle with pizza seasoning again, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Put the pizza on the middle rack in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
- Arrange and serve on plates.
- Mixed lettuce with yogurt dressing tastes good with it.
