Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 can of corn
  • 500 g plain wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 230 g water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix flour, water, and olive oil in a bowl to form a thick, heavy-duty dough. Adjust the consistency with the water and oil. Halve the tomatoes and olives. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to the dough and mix well. Be careful not to mash the tomatoes. Now preheat a baking tray to 200°C using conventional heating. Let the dough rest until the desired temperature is reached. Then spread the mixture onto the baking tray. The pizza stew is ready when the dough is lightly browned. Serve with ketchup.
