  • 200 g Gratin cheese
  • 200 g Mozzarella
  • For the tomato sauce
  • 500 ml Sieved tomatoes
  • 2 Vine tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • Bul beaver, oregano basil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, salt, pepper
  • 0,5 Onion

Instructions
 

  • Mix and knead all the ingredients of the dough, let the dough rise and process (I use a tubing bowl from Tubber) My husband bakes the dough alone for 10 minutes without topping in the oven at 200 ° C
  • For the sauce: peel and chop the onion and garlic and sweat with olive oil. Dice the tomatoes. Add the other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Then distribute on the pizza
  • On the pre-baked pizza, first the tomato sauce, then the cheese and finally the King Praws and the olives, all at 200 ° C until it is crispy. One likes it light, the other a little darker.
