Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 16 slices of toast
  • 400 ml cream
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250g salami
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Toast the slices of bread and let cool. Peel and chop the bell peppers. Peel, hollow out, and chop the tomatoes. Chop the salami. Finely chop the garlic. Place everything in a bowl and mix with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly among the slices of bread and bake at approximately 180°C (convection oven) for 10-20 minutes.
