Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g pizza dough (see Chefkoch database recipe by Katja 242)
- 200 ml sauce for pizza, spicy, ready-made product or homemade
- 200 g beef fillet(s), cut into 4-5 mm thin slices
- 30 g Gorgonzola with mascarpone
- 200 g cheese (pizza cheese)
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 58 minutes
Prepare the pizza dough (according to Katja242’s recipe here in the database). Roll it out on a baking sheet. The specified amount is sufficient for a standard rectangular baking sheet. Spread with the desired amount of pizza sauce. Sprinkle the cheese on the pizza. It’s important that it gets underneath the toppings. This prevents moist toppings from seeping through, and the dough will then be nice and crispy instead of soggy. Cut the beef fillet, if it isn’t already sliced, into 4-5mm thin slices and season with salt and pepper. Then flatten with your hand, halve again if necessary, depending on the size, and spread it on the pizza. Then spread the Gorgonzola on the pizza, preferably with two spoons, placing small pieces between the fillets. Place in the oven preheated to 250°C (480°F) with top/bottom heat for about 8-10 minutes, until the dough is crispy.
