Pizza with cheese, onions, bacon and egg

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g quark
  • 65 ml milk
  • 65 ml olive oil
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • 1 large leek(s)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g breakfast bacon
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the onions into thin rings. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces or chop it with a knife. Boil the egg until hard-boiled, then rinse and peel. Knead the flour, baking powder, quark, milk, and oil into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, dust with a little flour, and roll out the dough. Spread the pizza with tomato paste and season with pepper, if desired. Arrange the onion rings, spring onions, grated cheese, and mozzarella on the pizza. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Cut the egg into thin slices. Place the egg and bacon on the pizza and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
