Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- Salt 1 tsp, slightly heaped
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 ml milk, lukewarm
- 150 g crème fraîche

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours
from a loaf pan (30 x 11 cm)
Combine all ingredients to form a dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has visibly doubled in size. Then transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled loaf pan (30 x 11 cm) and let it rise again in a warm place until it has visibly doubled in size. Make a 1 cm deep cut in the top of the dough lengthwise, brush with water, and place the bread in the oven. Do not preheat the oven; bake the bread at 175-200°C for about 40-45 minutes.
