Pizza with couscous base

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g couscous
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for a baking tray, healthy option

Let the couscous swell in boiling water until the water runs dry, which takes about 5-7 minutes. While you’re at it, you can chop up any toppings you’d like to add later, such as bell peppers or roasted meat. Then mix the couscous with egg, flour, and oil. Season to taste. Pepper and a little salt are essential. I’m a curry fan, so I don’t skimp on the curry. Now place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, top the pizza, sprinkle generously with cheese, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
