Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well. Crumble in the yeast and sprinkle over the sugar. Pour the water into the well and carefully mix the yeast with a little flour, sugar, and water, then knead everything into a dough. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the onions and slice them into rings. Wash the peppers, remove the ribs, seeds, and stem ends, and cut the flesh into strips. Grate the cheese. Add salt and oil to the risen yeast dough and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Remove the risen dough from the bowl and knead it vigorously on a floured surface. Roll the dough out into a rectangle, place it on the baking tray, and slightly raise the edges. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the tomatoes on the crust and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle the peppers and onions on top. Bake the pizza on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, open the oven and sprinkle the cheese on the pizza. Then bake for the remaining 5 minutes.
