Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tortillas
  • 6 tbsp kimchi
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp raw cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). For the marinade, chop and blend the ingredients. Place the tortillas on a prepared baking sheet and brush with the marinade. Spread the kimchi on top. Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for 10 minutes on the middle rack.
