  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Thaw the spinach. Grate the cheese. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces. Pour the olive oil into a bowl. Finely dice 2-3 cloves of garlic and add to the olive oil. Let it infuse. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Peel and dice the onions, and sauté in a pan. Add the spinach and let the remaining liquid evaporate. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place the finished pizza doughs on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Spread with the included tomato sauce. Spread the cooked ham on top and then top with the spinach. Now evenly distribute the sliced Gorgonzola and grated cheese on top. If you like, season with salt and pepper. Place the finished pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. I swap the baking sheets in the oven after 10 minutes. When the pizza is fully baked, serve the prepared garlic oil. If you like, you can drizzle the garlic oil over the pizza. It tastes delicious.
