Delicious and different! Also suitable for dieting!
Peel the sweet potato and onion and cut into small cubes. Sauté the diced onions without fat (add garlic if you like!). Once they’ve browned a little, add the sweet potatoes for a short time. Sauté them briefly, and add the pizza seasoning just before adding a little water. Simmer everything until the sweet potatoes are soft. Blend everything thoroughly with an immersion blender. Stir in the remaining seasoning and let it cool. Once the pizza dough is rolled out, spread the mixture on top. You can make it thin or thick. Both taste really good. Top with some cheese and pizza seasoning. Let the oven heat up nicely (250°C +) and then bake for just a few minutes, until the pizza is nice and crispy. You can add arugula as a topping, if you like.
