Pizza with tuna

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g white mushrooms
  • ½ small onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 4 green olives stuffed with peppers
  • 1 can of tuna, natural, in its own juice (185 g)
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pkt. dough (pizza dough from the refrigerated section), on baking paper, rolled out into a round shape
  • 125 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ tsp oregano, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve the mushrooms, depending on their size. Slice the onions into wedges and chop the garlic. Cut the white end of the spring onion into 2 cm pieces and the rest into rings. Slice the olives and drain the tuna. Heat butter in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms, onions, and spring onions, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Unroll the pizza dough with the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the pizza. Top with the tuna, tomatoes, and mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with olives, oregano, salt, pepper, and the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
