Pizza with Vegetables and Mushrooms
The perfect pizza with vegetables and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 10 g Fresh yeast
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- 50 ml Water warm
- 300 g Spelled flour type 630
- 80 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 150 ml Water warm
- Flour
- Parchment paper
Sauce:
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 400 ml Sieved tomatos
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
Covering:
- 300 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 size Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 Red pointed peppers
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 125 g Pickled olives
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 125 g Grated mozzarella
- Freshly chopped thyme
- Fresh oregano
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Dough:
- Crumble the yeast into a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Then add 50ml of warm water and dissolve everything well! Cover and let rest for 15 minutes!
- Mix the spelled and rye flour and add about 150ml of warm water, oil and the yeast mixture, knead well and let the dough rise for about 60 minutes! Then roll out the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sauce:
- Peel the garlic and grate finely. Heat the olive oil in a small pan and brown the garlic lightly, then deglaze with the tomato puree and season with seasoned salt and garlic pepper. Then add oregano and pepper. Spread the sauce on the prepared base.
Topping: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees!
- Let the spinach thaw. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into wedges. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Also cut the olives into slices. Pluck the mozzarella.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and paprika in it then add mushrooms and garlic then season with seasoning salt and garlic pepper and add olives. Spread on the prepared base, then squeeze out the spinach and pour over it with oregano and thyme and spread the two cheeses on top.
- Now bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes! Cool down briefly and serve! 🙂
