Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 steaks (rump steaks)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 15 black olives
  • some capers
  • some oregano
  • some salt
  • olive oil
  • some basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the steaks in a pan with olive oil. Chop the remaining ingredients and mix well, then add them to the steaks. Add a little more olive oil if desired. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with ciabatta bread and Italian salad.
