Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 300 g jam (apricot jam)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a batter from margarine, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, eggs, and baking powder. Bake 5 cake layers for 8-10 minutes each at approximately 200°C. Spread each layer first with jam, then with a cup of sour cream, and assemble. Spread the top layer and the edges with whipped cream. Tip: The bottom layer can be spread with Nutella or another chocolate spread.
