Plaice – banana rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g fish fillet(s) (plaice fillets)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 200 ml orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 200 g lettuce
  • 8 tbsp yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 1 pack of cress
  • lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fruity fish

Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and season with salt. Cut the bananas into sticks, equal to the width of the plaice fillets. Roll the fish fillets with grated orange zest and place in a baking dish. Pour over the orange juice and simmer for about 35 minutes at 200°C. Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Dress the salad with oil, vinegar, and herbs, and arrange on plates with the potatoes and fish. Mix the orange sauce with the yogurt and cress and pour over the salad.
