Pollock with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillets)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 mushrooms
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 250 ml white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Drizzle the pollock with lemon juice. Peel and finely chop the onion(s). Trim and finely chop the mushrooms. Sauté the diced onion in the butter for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and continue sautéing, then add the parsley. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, place them in an ovenproof dish, and add the white wine. Brush the fillets with the mushroom mixture. Cover and sauté in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
