Plaice Fillet with Sesame and Egg Breading

- 6 Pc. Plaice fillet
- 2 Pc. Eggs (large)
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Bread flour
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Oil for frying

- Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and sour cream together. Heat oil in a pan. Turn the plaice fillets in the flour and then in the egg mixture and fry them in the hot oil until crispy brown.
