Plaice Fillet with Sesame and Egg Breading

The perfect plaice fillet with sesame and egg breading recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Plaice fillet
  • 2 Pc. Eggs (large)
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Bread flour
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour
  1. Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and sour cream together. Heat oil in a pan. Turn the plaice fillets in the flour and then in the egg mixture and fry them in the hot oil until crispy brown.
