Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 plaice fillets
  • 4 slice(s) smoked salmon, about the size of a fish fillet
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • butter
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the leek and cut into rolls. Sauté in a pan with a little butter and season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic and dill. Top the plaice fillets with the smoked salmon, add a quarter of the cream cheese to each, and roll up. Place the leek in a baking dish, carefully place the fish rolls on top, and top with knobs of butter. Cook in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes with the lid on. Tip: If you like, you can deglaze the leek with a little white wine while sautéing and let it reduce.
