Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, waxy
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 100 g bacon, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornmeal
- 180 g salami (Salsiz)
- 1 dl meat broth or vegetable bouillon
- 25 g butter

Oven rösti from Graubünden
Peel the potatoes and grate them into a bowl. Add the cornmeal, flour, sausage meat, diced bacon, salt, and pepper, and mix. Grease a baking sheet with a little butter and evenly distribute the bacon slices. Spread the potato mixture on top. Bring the meat or vegetable stock to a boil with the butter and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the center of a preheated oven to 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes, until the surface is light brown.
