Plate of Spaghetti with Spinach

  • 100 g Ribbon noodles fine
  • 1 Packg. Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 125 g Kat ham finely diced
  • 150 Milliliters Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Clarified butter

The first step

  1. Let the spinach thaw. For fresh spinach: blanch, drain.

The second step

  1. Put on the pasta water, let it boil.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Roast the ham and onion in the clarified butter, add the spinach, mix, press the garlic into the pan, fold in, season well with the spices, pour in the cream, reduce a little, try again, season again if necessary.
  4. The boiling phase is used and the ribbon noodles are added to the boiling water.
