Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp marjoram
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • 5 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Yugoslavian specialty

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Let the breadcrumbs swell in the sour cream. Make a meat dough from the minced meat, onions, garlic cloves, egg, breadcrumbs, and spices and form into 4 palm-sized, round flatbreads. Heat oil in a pan, add the flatbreads, and fry for 10 minutes on each side. Serve hot with bell peppers and rice.
