Mix the ground meat with finely chopped onions, 2 eggs, a soaked bread roll, and seasonings. What makes this special is that the mixture is formed into tiny balls. These are flattened in a plate with breadcrumbs. Then, turn them over in a plate with 3-4 beaten eggs and immediately fry in a pan with oil or margarine.
