Plucked pork with noodles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 550 g pulled pork, pre-marinated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ pack of cream cheese with garlic
  • ½ pack of salad (herder’s cheese salad)
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g pasta (gemeli)
  • Tabasco
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Sriracha sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Thaw the pulled pork if frozen. Then place it in the center of a large baking dish and place it in the oven at 222 degrees Celsius. Add a little water to the marinade until the bottom is watery. Halve the two garlic cloves, mix them with Tabasco and a little olive oil, and add them. Chop the onions into squares and place them around the roast pork. Now cook the gemelli (this dish is only perfect with gemelli) in salted water all dente. After 40 minutes, shred the meat with two forks. This will make it quite stringy. For creaminess, fold in the package of cream cheese, similar to whipped cream. Be careful, it will fall apart everywhere. Return to the oven for a short while for the crust. Place one-third of the pasta and one-third of the shredded pork on a very large, deep plate. At the table, drizzle with as much Sriracha sauce (Flying Goose), Tabasco, and, most importantly, BBQ sauce as you like. Serve with a feta cheese salad.
