Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 large plums
- 3 m.-large apples, crumbly
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp water
- 2 tbsp, leveled cane sugar (raw cane sugar)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 200 g cream cheese
- some vanilla sugar
- some maple syrup
- 1 pinch(s) lemon peel, untreated, grated
- 9 tbsp brittle (hazelnut brittle)
- 3 tbsp chocolate shavings, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Pit the plums, peel, and core the apples. Cut the fruit into small cubes. Place the plum and apple cubes in a saucepan along with the lemon juice, water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly, then blend with a hand blender until very smooth. Let cool thoroughly (refrigerate) before serving. Season the cream cheese with vanilla sugar, maple syrup, and lemon zest. Then layer the mixture into glass dessert bowls: first the plum and apple mousse, then a thin layer of hazelnut brittle, then the cream cheese, and then the grated chocolate. It looks great and tastes fantastic!
