Plum Cake,

  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Butter

Cream filling

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Food starch
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla flavor
  • 2 Eggs

Covering

  • 1 glass Plums
  1. Mix all ingredients from the topping with a dough hook. Spread in a buttered dish and press up on the edge. Make many small holes with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes.
  2. During this time, boil 450 ml milk. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, sugar and vanilla extract with the 50 ml milk. Stir into the boiling milk. After stirring for a long time, stir in the 2 eggs into the cooled pudding.
  3. Spread the filling on the bottom. Drain the plums and place them in a ring on top of the pudding.
  4. Bake the cake for another 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
