Plum Cake,

- 1 Egg
- 50 g Butter
Cream filling
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Food starch
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla flavor
- 2 Eggs

- 1 glass Plums
- Mix all ingredients from the topping with a dough hook. Spread in a buttered dish and press up on the edge. Make many small holes with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes.
- During this time, boil 450 ml milk. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, sugar and vanilla extract with the 50 ml milk. Stir into the boiling milk. After stirring for a long time, stir in the 2 eggs into the cooled pudding.
- Spread the filling on the bottom. Drain the plums and place them in a ring on top of the pudding.
- Bake the cake for another 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
