Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 ½ kg plum(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Put the butter, salt and most of the sugar around the edge so that the ingredients can’t fall into the hole. Mix the yeast, the rest of the sugar and the milk in the hole, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Then knead everything together and let rise for 30 minutes. Knead again, roll out and place on a baking tray and let rise again. Knead the ingredients for the crumble. Line the baking tray with the yeast dough and poke holes in it one by one. Sprinkle cinnamon and breadcrumbs if desired. Arrange the pitted plums on top, so that the inside is on top. Sprinkle the crumble over the dough and bake at 220°C on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes.
