Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300 g flour
- 1 ½ kg plum(s)
- 375 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some cinnamon or lemon peel
- 250 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cream 225g butter, 100g sugar, eggs, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until fluffy. Combine 300g flour with baking powder and stir in. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Pit and halve the plums, then place them on top. Knead the crumble from 375g flour, 250g butter, 200g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon or lemon zest and spread it evenly over the plums. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 40-45 minutes. Tip: This sheet cake also tastes great with apples.
