Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine, soft
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ kg plum(s)
- Fat, for the drip pan
- 250 g sour cream
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dough: Whisk together fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the flour, almonds, and baking powder and stir in. Spread the dough onto a greased roasting pan. Wash and pit the plums, and spread them over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 150°C (convection oven) for approximately 1 hour. Glaze: Whisk together the sour cream, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon. Pour the glaze over the cake after about 30 minutes of baking. Continue baking at the same temperature.
