Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of rusks
  • 500 ml milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 jar plum(s), drained

Break the rusks into small pieces. Heat the milk and pour it over the rusks. Pour half of it into a baking dish, arrange the drained plums on top, and then add the other half of the rusks on top. Beat the eggs with the sugar and pour over the casserole. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve while still warm.
