Plum chili sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 plums
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

perfect with lamb chops!

Chop the plums and boil them in the water. Add the chili and season with the sugar and vegetable stock. Reduce the sauce and purée with a hand blender until it reaches the desired thickness.
