Ingredients

  • 250 g Plum kernels
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Grain

Instructions

  • Put the plum kernels (from plum roasters and plum cakes) with the sugar and the grain in a glass. Shake well and then let it rest for now.
  • I let the liqueur steep for about 1 month in the dark at room temperature, during which time I didn't shake it. You shouldn't let it steep for too long, it will then become more bitter ... It's a matter of taste how you like it. I don't like it bitter.
  • After the steeping time, slowly pour through a sieve. If it is too cloudy, you can sift it through a coffee filter. It wasn't necessary for me.
