Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh mirabelle plums
  • 300 g Rock sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 0,5 L Vodka

Instructions

  • I got the mirabelle plums from a wild tree in the forest. The taste of the fruit is very intense, so I came up with this idea.
  • Wash the mirabelles, cut into them and put in a large container (with a clip lock). Sprinkle rock sugar over the top. Slice the vanilla pod, add it and pour vodka over it until everything is covered.
  • Now patience is called for again, because the whole thing has to take at least 8 - 12 weeks to shake it up again and again.
  • Filter and pull on beautiful bottles. Bottom up!
