Ingredients
 

Pitted:

  • 0,5 Bottle full Fresh plums
  • 80 g Rock sugar brown

only part:

  • 1 Pink Star anise
  • 0,25 Pc. Vanilla pod scraped out

Cassia cinnamon !!

  • 0,5 Pc. Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Pc. Lemon wedge
  • 1 Pc. Orange peel
  • 1 bottle Double grain 38%

Instructions
 

August!

  • Now plums, squeezing are ripe, so the right time to prepare fine liqueurs.
  • Remove leaves and stems from plums (squeeze as we say in the Palatinate), wash and core. Cut in 1/4 so that they fit through the neck of the bottle.
  • Also cut through the lemon wedge, please do not fill in the star anise any more, add cinnamon stick + rock sugar.
  • Pour double grain over. Let ripen for 10 weeks, move again and again (up, down).
  • I started with a small bottle, so I have to top up the rest of the grain later.
