Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 65 g sugar
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 750 g plum(s), halved, pitted
- 6 tbsp, leveled flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Combine the flour and baking powder and sift onto a baking board. Sprinkle the sugar over the flour and beat the egg into the mixture. Add the butter or margarine in small pieces. Finely chop the ingredients with a knife, knead into a smooth dough, and chill for 20 minutes. For the crumble, combine the flour with the sugar and salt, add the butter, and use a fork to form crumbles. Line a greased tart pan with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for 15 minutes. Turn the cake out onto a baking sheet, top with plums, sprinkle with crumbles, and bake on the top rack for another 10 minutes.
