Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large plums
- 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut meat, dried, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, preferably wholemeal
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 250 g quark
- 3 tbsp milk or cream
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (more for sweet lovers)
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
as dessert or breakfast
Wash, pit, and chop the plums. For the crunch, toast the oats and coconut in a dry pan, then add the breadcrumbs and honey towards the end. Heat briefly and then place on kitchen paper to dry. Whisk the quark with milk or cream until creamy and season with honey or agave syrup and gingerbread spice. You can serve everything separately on a plate or layered in a bowl or glass. However, if you want to prepare it in advance, add the crunch just before serving.
