  • 5 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 400 g Flour
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 10 tbsp Milk
  • 2 kg Plums
  • 350 g Flour
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C on top and bottom heat.
  2. For the base, mix the eggs with the sugar and butter. Gradually add the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and milk and mix. Now pour the dough into a greased tray and spread it evenly.
  3. Clean and core the plums. Spread the plum halves fan-like on the dough until it is completely covered.
  4. Finally, knead the flour, sugar and butter for the crumble. At the end, knead in a pinch of baking powder so that the streusel doesn’t get too hard. Then crumble the mixture with your hands and spread it over the plums. Now bake the cake for 50 to 55 minutes.
