Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g plum(s) or plums from the jar
  • 1 pinch(s) spice mix (speculoos spice)
  • 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of anise powder
  • 4 tbsp juice from the jar
  • possibly rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also possible with plums

Puree the plums and their juice thoroughly, then add the spices. Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Season to taste. If you like, you can also add a little rum flavoring. This fruit glaze can be served with delicious cinnamon ice cream or cinnamon parfait.
